Outlook - clicking "To" pastes text from Excel

Product: Microsoft Office Professional Pro Plus 2010

Person is working in an Excel spreadsheet, entering text into cell J210.  She minimizes Excel and clicks Outlook shortcut, clicks "New Email", and clicks "To:".  Instead of seeing an address list, text from cell J196 appears in the recipient box.  (Looks like maybe 256 characters worth, maybe more.)

This problem is very sporadic but has happened 3-4 times in the last couple of months.  It is not reproducible by following her steps (as she remembers them).  She does not think she was even in row 196 during the current session.

Hi,

Does this only happen with that particular Excel spreadsheet or any? Does she has any custom form/third party add-in in Outlook client or Excel?

Troubleshooting of this kind of intermittent problem can be tricky. I would suggest we first remove/disable any custom forms and third party add-ins if there is any, and then verify result.
